One Meal, One Match, One Step Toward Qatar’s 2030 Health Vision

Introduction

My name is Mohammad Farooqi, and I have always thought that change did not have to be loud to be significant. Growing up in Qatar, where life is fast, hectic, and health is neglected. I wanted to do something about it, even if it's in small ways.

Healthy Eating
My passion for cooking and football is the start of this journey. The idea of sharing healthy comfort food recipes on TikTok was simple, but it evolved into a small community of people who wanted to eat better, not out of pressure, but out of joy. This passion led me to develop my own healthy eating eBook, which is a project that combines my passion for food with my growing interest in business.

Developing Young Talent
Outside of the kitchen, instead of experimenting with new recipes, I am on the pitch coaching football to kids. It makes me happy to see their excitement and growth, and it reminds me of what being healthy really is, not to be perfect but to be moving while being happy.

2030 Vision

Qatar's 2030 vision inspires me because it prioritizes people, aiming to create a healthier and more active society. That could start with us, one meal, one match, one mindset at a time.
